I wanted to have a smaller container for smaller batches and so it would fit under my cabinets. I ordered this hoping it would do the trick. It’s decent but not as good quality as came with the original 64oz container. The handle is hollow with no reinforcement my 64 oz has black grip handle overlay which is missing on this one. It does work well with my base which I was pleased about and it comes with the smaller tamper as well. It seems just as durable and does come in a vitamix box so I am hoping it lasts a good long time considering how expensive it was. There are no black overlay on measuring marks.

Dropped my original one on the tile floor and cracked the bottom so…

I ordered this replacement. It has a protrusion on the handle side on the top that lets air get under it when you have it upside down drying after washing it out. Really helps keep the condensation out of the inside to help it dry faster.

Yeah the handle isn’t as nice as the blender pitcher on the stand but that isn’t a concern for me plus I expect this will be easier to clean and not absorb any odors. This was the best price I found with the blades and lid. It shipped quickly and was packaged securely. I am new to Vitamix and bought a 7500 but wanted a small option for the wet container. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on clouding but I also read that the speed of the mixer would crack glass. I like to see what I am blending so steel wouldn’t be a choice for me even if it existed in Vitamix.

What can I say? It’s a Vitamix. It works great and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have the 7500 machine and it works wonderfully on it. It is very easy to clean and I like the more compact size. I got the low profile 64 oz container with my Vitamix but it is a little large since I am usually only making things for myself. This smaller container works better for me. I highly recommend Vitamix products.

This is a genuine Vitamix replacement container. I was concerned at first because the price was too good to be true, but sure enough, the real deal arrived, packed well and in perfect condition. This is just the right size for making smoothies and clean up is so much easier in this shorter container. It also fits under the top cabinets on my ky kitchen counter, and I think that makes me happiest of all! The one I purchased came with its own properly sized tamper tool. Great deal!

I use my Vitamix all the time and this one is good for small chopping (shredding) cabbage, carrots, etc. Makes quick work of slaw and other such dishes. (Just add water to cover and pulse a few short times. Discard the water and you have shredded or small chopped vegetables.)

My go to container!

I love the size of this container. It is perfect for making dips and other small dishes that do not require the 64 oz. It is so much easier to scrape thicker blends out too. I love it and use it for 90% of my food prep.

Even though I felt that this container was expensive, purchased it so my blender would fit under the upper cabinets and be able to be out all the time. It still is a bit too tall, but I store the lid upside down. It is well made. The size is perfect for smoothies and single living lifestyle.

Size is just right

Perfect size for most uses. The Vitamix came with a large container and it’s simply too big for most of what I use it for. I rarely get it out unless I have to blend a lot of something. This one handles all of the daily needs and yet isn’t so small that it’s worthless for most things. I use it to make smoothies for my husband and myself; blend sauce ingredients for cooking; quickly chopping veggies with just a few pulses, etc. The small one would only be good for a single smoothie and I didn’t want to spend all that money for something that wouldn’t be useful for more than one thing.
